International Justice Advisory Services

About the company

International Justice Advisory Services is a joint venture between Akal Security, KeyPoint Government Solutions and Management Systems International (MSI). Collectively we are soliciting interest and submission of qualifications for positions on an international U.S. government-sponsored Law Enforcement and Corrections contract. The International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) is a full-service criminal justice and public safety development program that is part of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. ICITAP’s mission is to work with foreign governments to develop professional and transparent law enforcement institutions that protect human rights, combat corruption, and reduce the threat of transnational crime and terrorism.

In addition to leadership roles in the Washington, D.C. area, our ICITAP project teams will be deployed internationally to achieve training, mentoring program development and management, logistics, and business operations goals.

For more information about ICITAP, please visit this link to the U.S. Department of Justice website: www.justice.gov/criminal/icitap.

If an award is made to International Justice Advisory Service, work to be performed under the contract will typically involve assessing, monitoring, advising, and mentoring the host-country law enforcement and criminal justice organizations, such as the police, court personnel, corrections personnel, etc., in order to enhance their capabilities to effectively maintain law and order and adhere to democratic policing principles.**
