Philip Hemphill, second from left, of the Mississippi Highway Patrol, claimed the championship title at the 2006 NPSC, making him an unprecedented eight-time winner. Jim Rae of the Smith & Wesson Performance Center, second from right, presented Hemphill with the high-scoring trooper award, while AAST Public Relations Manager Angie Ishee and President Tommy Moore, right, represented AAST at the matches.
